MMA Conditioning Certification: Easy To Get Online

With an MMA Conditioning Certification you will learn from some of the top experts in the world. Exercise physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, sports nutrition, sports psychology and conditioning program design.

You will also learn Olympic weightlifting techniques, powerlifting techniques, bodyweight exercises, TRX, and kettlebell training specific to MMA.

An MMA Conditioning Certification does not certify you in specific fighting strategies or styles. Video demonstrations are given to show training/conditioning technique or theory. You will learn the most effective and proven sport-specific conditioning drills for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Karate, Judo, Sambo and others.

In addition to the world-class combat athletes, many other certified coaches use the methods and approaches for their local MMA gyms, fitness studios and traditional martial arts schools. Others have become MMA conditioning entrepreneurs. Creating eBooks, videos, online training courses, blogs, and podcasts.

And, yes, in some cases, certified coaches have gone on to make millions!

Others want to boost their own fitness and training knowledge. That was their inspiration for becoming a member and receiving their certification.
