I am kind of anti-social when it comes to working out. Meaning, I am not there to chit-chat. It looks like something that might be good for me.
I am real big on processing me results though. Do they have metrics that allow you to measure your success?
Maybe you can explain how tracking works.
Thanks for reading, if you are not looking for the chit chat that while working out is not an uncommon trait. Your trainer should take the time to understand that about you and create the appropriate relationship. FYT personal training has large database of trainers so I’m sure you could find the right personality for you. Yes, metrics are certainly a part of the process when you have a trainer. Hey,
This is such an informative article on personal training online and offline.
I agree that online personal training is cheaper, especially with the cost of living crisis in the UK at the moment. I think it’s time to invest in some personal training for me and my family.
I will let you know how we get on and if we have any questions then I will let you know.
Thank you for sharing and keep up the great work.

Thanks for the great post, working out from home is key for me because I do not the like the hustle of the public gyms. This is much better to get those work outs right to my phone. Thanks again hope to get in on the work out from home…
Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment. I would agree, as a matter of convenience I find myself working out at home much more than I will ever go to the gym. I worked in gyms for most of my adult life so the hustle does not bother me as much as the time does now. Driving there and back, and if I have to wait on machines, or talk to people I may know just takes too much time out of my day I often don’t have to spare.
